Bio:

My brother and I grew up in the Stavronikita monastery, in Canterwall. It is a fertile region, watered by the Vistear River and checkered by fields and farms. We spent all of our young lives at the monastery, doing chores and training in the ways of our brotherhood.

While I didn’t mind my training I never took to it as my brother did. I always enjoyed my chores outside the monastery more. Spending time with nature and the animals. When we became old enough we started our training in wrestling.

I enjoyed feeding the snakes around the monastery and kept a few as pets. Noticing how they killed was very interesting to me. I watched them closely and started to base a lot of my moves off of how the snakes moved and constricted.

While wolves and foxes endlessly torment farmers, the land’s greatest annoyances come on black wings, vast flocks of obstinate ravens, seasonally swarming locusts, cicadas, and earwigs wreaking arbitrary destruction. So being the good fellows that the brotherhood was, we would help the farmers take care of these pest so their crops wouldn’t be ruined.

After a day with the farmers my brother and I returned to the monastery only to find it burning and in ruins. We did all we could but all of our brothers were dead. Searching around we found many undead littering the monastery. After burying our brothers we took what little we could and went on our way.

My brother continued as he was trained, but I became one with nature. It took a few years but we found out that The Whispering Way were the ones who attacked our monastery. Seems there was something hiding at our monastery that the Way wanted. Now our quest is to find The Whispering Way and put an end to them.
